At Sarlaxmi jewellery, we take great care to ensure every piece reaches you in perfect condition. however, if you recieve a product that is deffective,damaged, or broken, we're here to help

Eligibility for return

1. We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.

2.Returns are accepted only if the item delivered is defective,damaged,or broken

3.The product must be unused, with all original packaging,tags,and accessories included.

How to Request a return

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

2.Share clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product for verification

3.Once approved,you will receive return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are intact and in perfect condition
  • Items that show signs of use,wear,or damaged caused after delivery
  • Returns requested after the 2-day window

Refunds

1. Once the returned item is recieved and inspected, a refund or replacement(as applicable) will be processed.

2.Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment
