  • Handcrafted Nature: Many of our pieces are handcrafted. Minor variations in stone placement or finish are not defects but a mark of unique craftsmanship.

  • Material Disclaimer: Our products are "Imitation/Fashion Jewellery." Unless explicitly stated, they do not contain precious metals (Gold/Silver) or natural diamonds.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Shipping: Charges start at ₹60/- for nearby locations and vary by distance.

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹999/-.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing error.

4. Shipping and Damaged Deliveries

  • While we ensure high-quality packaging, if you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please:

    1. Do not accept the delivery.

    2. Take a photo/video of the damaged package.

  • Sarlaxmi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Jewellery Care & Liability

  • Care: Imitation jewellery is delicate. We are not liable for damage caused by contact with water, sweat, perfume, hairspray, or chemicals.

  • Allergies: We are not responsible for skin reactions or allergies. Customers are advised to check if they are sensitive to base metals (like brass or copper) before wearing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, product images, and text—is the exclusive property of Sarlaxmi. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our Return Policy. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless received in a damaged condition.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
